Toledo Club Apartments Phases IIB & IIC

These latest two phases added two hundred and four apartments to the Toledo Club Apartment complex. A mix of four,
twenty-four unit, three story buildings and nine, twelve unit, two story buildings. New clubhouse, swimming pool,
tennis court, volleyball court, nature trails, and lake crossover walkway completed this phase of the complex.
Habitat for Humanity - Volunteer Center

The first of its kind in the United States, the 6,000 sf facility provides living quarters for up to forty-eight Habitat volunteer workers. The facility will also serve as temporary housing for volunteers who arrive to the area after a major storm event.
Coldway Commons Condominiums
Punta Gorda,
Florida
Exterior, structural, cosmetic repairs, complete interior
gut and rebuild for two buildings containing twenty-four two
bedroom, two bath units. The complex sustained extensive
damage in the 2004 Hurricane "Charlie". The work was completed
in less than one year and involved twenty-four separate Owners
plus the condominium association.
