Also including coordination of major equipment replacement during construction.   Cath Lab Holding: New six bed holding and recovery area to make way for facilities third Cardiac Catherization Suite.   MRI Suite Renovation: Alteration of existing area to house Siemens's 1.5 Tesla MRI equipment.   OR Renovation: Complete upgrade of existing 12,000 sq. ft. surgery suite, including creation of 3rd open heart operatory and new orthopedic operatory.   Cafeteria Renovation: Renovation of existing space incorporating new serving lines and finishes update.   IV Holding Area: 1,000 sq. ft. renovation/addition to patient care area including med gas and life safety upgrades.   Cardiac Rehab: 2,500 sq. ft. interior renovation for outpatient rehab treatment and office space.
