• 22,954 sq. ft. two story addition to existing 6,000 sq. ft. medical building built by TCF in 1990.  The elaborate exterior details were combined with new design guidelines implemented by the City of Punta Gorda after hurricane Charlie.  The building is set-up for multiple tenants and doctors offices, Imaging Suite build out included all mechanical and electrical along with critical shielding to support the MRI, CT scan, x-ray and mammography equipment.

• The design build project by Mathews/Taylor Construction serves as corporate headquarters for a multi-doctor practice with offices throughout Charlotte County. The 6,300 sq. ft. facility consolidates all administrative functions and also provides full patient care and treatment facilities for the Punta Gorda area.

• 6,112 sq. ft expansion of administrative office portion of the campus.  Construction mirrored existing facility and included multiple independent office and counseling rooms, conference area’s and restroom facilities.
